Axtell has been serving magicians and ventriloquists with sophisticated puppets for decades. I think I have just discovered one of their role models. Imagine the puppet (that’s the one on the left) with a fancy top hat on. And now compare that image with “el maestro”. Don’t you think they look like, umm, twins?!
