Here’s another lovely magic stamp which I have discovered only very recently. It was published in Slovakia in 2005, on occasion of the Biennal of Illustrations Bratislava (BIB), an international competition and show of illustrations for children books. The stamp features an illustration by Japanese artist Iku Dekune, winner of the 2003 BIB Grand Prix.
Besides the somewhat sly gaze of the fox I particularly like the design of the floor tiles, giving the well-known three-dimensional optical illusion of steps.
